International College Training in Asia

The 2024 International College Training in Asia was held in Manila, Philippines, from July 24 to 27. A total of 847 saints from China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, and Vietnam participated. On July 23, after the arrival of overseas saints, a blending meeting was held that evening. The brothers shared encouraging words with the students and introduced participants from different regions. Everyone experienced the blending of the Body of Christ in oneness.

The training covered the messages from the July Semiannual Training with the general subject “Experiencing, Enjoying, and Expressing Christ”. The brothers shared that we must first experience Christ in our spirit for Christ to be subjective to us. At the same time, we need to examine whether we are truly enjoying Him in our soul, and pursue desperately to express Him in our body. Each meeting included both a test and a time of sharing, during which the students were encouraged to practice flowing out and exhibiting the riches of Christ in English. During the corporate morning revival and small group study times, they were able to further digest and absorb the messages they heard. Even during mealtimes and in dorm rooms, students took every opportunity to blend with saints from different countries and with different languages, sharing their enjoyment of Christ and experiences in the church life.

All the students were joyful and uplifted in their spirit. Through the supply of the Lord’s word and the fellowship in the Body, their vision was broadened, their capacity enlarged, and they were encouraged to freshly consecrate themselves to the Lord. A student testified that although it was his first time entering into the messages in English and he felt unfamiliar, his spirit was deeply touched—especially in seeing saints from all over Asia gathering together to partake of, experience, enjoy, and express Christ. It was truly glorious.

From July 28 to 30, there was a three-day blending trip during which the saints visited local churches, joined Lord’s table meetings, and had fellowship with the local saints. Despite coming from different countries and speaking different languages, everyone exercised their spirit and broke through the language barrier, having fellowship in spirit. Through hymns and sharing, the Lord built the saints together even during their travels and in the blending meetings.

We praise the Lord for such a training. May the Lord remember what the students have seen and heard, that they would continue to live in the vision of God’s eternal economy and the one new man, experiencing, enjoying, and expressing Christ corporately on their campus. The next International College Training in Asia will be held in Kuching, Malaysia. May the Lord raise up more young people who are willing to pay the price to be perfected and to participate in the fellowship of the universal one new man.

Here are some sharings from the participants:

“Message Six spoke about the Lord being the bread of life, focusing on eating and digestion. The most important thing in the church life is to eat Christ. What we eat becomes our constitution. When we eat the Lord, we are filled with Him. But it’s not just about eating; digestion is also crucial. We need spiritual digestion through calling on the Lord. Many times, when I remain in myself, I feel no light and no word from the Lord. It’s because I didn’t call on Him or open up to Him much, resulting in only a partial enjoyment. I thank the Lord for this enlightenment. When we open up to the Lord, He has a way to enter in and become our reality. This message helped me open up to Him thoroughly and even repent so that I can come to Him to eat and drink of Him.” — Sister L

“I was really touched by the fact that the kingdom is something inward. The sowing Jesus has already planted the seed of the kingdom within us. In Luke 17, the Pharisees asked Jesus when the kingdom of God would come, and in verse 21 He answered, ‘Behold, the kingdom of God is in the midst of you.’ This shows that the kingdom is not a set of strict regulations, but a dear person. We can contact Him every day and fellowship with Him inwardly. This person within us is so sweet. Ultimately, when we fully open to Him and thoroughly deal with ourselves, Christ can be fully lived out and bring His glorious kingdom to the earth.” — Brother H

“A brother shared how in our daily lives it’s easy to let other things replace Christ—whether it’s idols, excessive use of social media, or video games. ‘Antichrist’ refers to anything that opposes the anointing of the Holy Spirit. We must be careful not to let anything replace the life-giving and transforming work of the Spirit within us. I really resonated with this. ‘Antichrist’ is essentially anything that hinders the Spirit’s operation and transformation in us. We all struggle with distractions or temptations that pull us away from time with God. Things like Instagram or video games can be very entertaining, but subtly, they start to replace Christ at the center of our daily thoughts and decisions. This warning really helped me shift my focus more toward Christ when considering different things.” — Sister H

“We participated in the Lord’s table meeting in Bulacan where the saints praised the Lord and worshipped the Father in different languages—Filipino, Korean, and Chinese. Even though we were from different places, it was truly a testimony that we were gathered as the one new man! The next morning, we visited Avatar Gorge to witness the local scenic beauty and enjoyed Hymn 12, ‘Worship the Father—His Greatness.’ As we beheld God’s old and new creation, all our beings sing in praise to Him. Our guide was a local indigenous person, and though we couldn’t communicate well in English, we still had spiritual fellowship through simple words like ‘Amen, Brother.’ That evening, we had dinner and blending with the saints in Pampanga, sharing our enjoyment from the training and partaking of our food with exultation and simplicity of heart. Thank the Lord—through this ministry, we are truly made one, and we experience, enjoy, and express Christ together. We are all members of the Body and need to blend with brothers and sisters from all over the world.” — Brother L

“One memorable moment was a fellowship I had with a local sister serving full-time. I asked her why she chose to give herself to serve the Lord full-time. She said it was because of the Lord’s speaking. Although her family needed her to work after graduation, she followed the inner calling of the Lord, joined the full-time training, and began to serve. I saw that no matter where we are, there are people who love the Lord, fellowship with Him daily, and are willing to give themselves to Him. Outwardly we may be different, but inwardly we all have the same Lord and are willing to offer ourselves for the expansion of His kingdom.” — Sister Y

Middle East Blending Conference

In June of this year, the churches in the six Gulf countries held their first in-person Middle East Blending Conference since the COVID-19 outbreak. A total of 96 saints and 22 children from Bahrain, Kuwait, the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia participated. The content of the meetings was taken from this year’s Spring ITERO: “Being a Vessel unto Honor, a Fully Equipped Man of God, by Being Empowered in the Grace Which is in Christ Jesus to Fully Accomplish Our Ministry in the Unique Ministry of God’s Economy.”

In the conference, the speaking brothers emphasized the importance of building a habit of exercising our spirit. This is key to receiving the divine dispensing of the Divine Trinity and being a channel of this dispensing, so that we may help others grow in life and enjoy Christ. During the concluding meeting, saints from different countries came forward as groups to present songs, including the children and young people, bringing much encouragement to all.

Although the three-day schedule was packed, the saints seized every opportunity to have more practical fellowship and blending. This conference was truly glorious, and the saints are all looking forward to the next chance for blending. May the Lord continue to bless the churches in the six Gulf countries.
